  1. BSOD Ntfs.sys after sleep mode while idle

    Hello,

When my pc has restarted or booted from shut down there is no issue.

But everytime my system has came from sleep mode after 10 minutes up to a few hours it BSOD.

99% of the time it is on the ntfs.sys Network driver.

Sometimes it is an ndis.sys BSOD.

    I have tried:

    • sfc /scannow
    • DISM
    • newer and older network driver
    • with and without overclock
    • fully updated Windows 10 with the media creation tool
    • removed all network devices in safe mode and just met windows reinstall them

    My system:

    • ryzen 7 3700X
    • 32gb memory
    • RTX 2070 super
    • X570 aorus pro gaming motherboard

Im am running the latest version of Windows 10 pro

This is the information of my BSOD created with BlueScreenView:

Here is a link to 3 other BSOD screenshots and the minidumpfile:

I have posted a few months ago the same question but then on the ndis.sys driver.

I have then installed the latest intel driver first. After that I was gone for 3 weeks and when I came back I didn't have the issue, so after a few nights putting my successfully PC to sleep I decided to turn off Windows updates for 30 days and not restart my PC. This worked until 2 or 3 programs started doing weird and I restarted my PC for that.

Then I head the same BSOD as last time and I installed the intel network driver from Gigabytes website.

And now I have these other BSOD's.

I really want a solution because by day I need to get work done and by night I want to game.

If there is more information needed to help me solve this problem just ask.

Thanks in advance for the support!

    Bluetooth still on while idle

Thanks for following the steps. Now, the settings won't take effect if you are only using normal PC idle mode. Normal functionality of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are to stay connected even if PC is idle. With the settings that you have created, we would
suggest that you set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or
    Hibernate
once idle. In this way, the settings "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" should take effect.

To set your PC to automatically go to Sleep or Hibernate when idle, please follow these steps:

    • Open Control Panel, set view by: Small
      icons.
    • Look for Power Options.
    • Click on Change when the computer sleeps on the left pane.
    • Set a timer.

Please try it out. Hope it helps. If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to come back to us.

  3. Sleep mode

    Hi Adam,

For us to better assist with your issue on sleep mode, we'd like to ask a few questions.

    • Have you made any updates to your computer before experiencing this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you refer to this thread and follow the answer of Andre
Da Costa to troubleshoot the issue with sleep mode missing.

You can also refer to this article that was
created by Andre Da Costa to enable sleep mode.

    Looking forward to you response.

    Nokia 6350 How to alter screen save/idle mode/sleep mode/timeout

    As a further note, I found this line in a recent Cnet review of the phone;

"Iin sleep mode, the screensaver shows up and calls drop if you don't answer quickly. No dropped calls if not in sleep mode."

So it seems like someone else has seen, and found a fix for, this problem. But I cannot find anything like a 'sleep mode', 'idle mode' or 'screensaver' referenced in the phone's menus or in the pdf user guide.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I posted a question to Nokia's online product support, but so far have received no response.

    Thanks -
