Windows 10: 100% disk usage bug

hi there, recently I've been having issues with my pc where my disk usage on my main windows drive is almost constantly at 100%, which has caused my system to become incredibly slow, however in my atempts I have been unable to rectify this issue

I looked into the issue and saw that it's not terribly uncommon, and that it's possible to fix,and so ve tried basically every fix I saw for it, disabling superfetch, disabling windows search, updating, disabling antivirus, resetting virtual memory, running a chkdsk command and a few other things with no success

specifically I noticed the "System" task in task manager is the main culprit, and the thing using the most disk, however a few other windows things pop up there from time to time

I'm curious if anyone else has had this problem, and had it this bad as well, and if so how they went about fixing it

100% disk usage bug - tried everything online - FIX DATE please ???!!

Issue: 100% disk usage bringing down my whole system perfomance

Workaround: NONE are working ( tried more than 40 suggestions including Microsoft one)
