Windows 10: Computer regularly glitching after November 10 update

Hi, my computer has been having these glitches ever since I installed the KB4586781 OS Build 19042.630 of Windows 10 a little over a week ago. The glitch happens every now and then, always after I first turn on my computer and again a while later out of nowhere. During the glitch, my screen will stutter and and the audio becomes very distorted. Here is a link to a video I recorded of the glitchhttps://youtu.be/FCiRx3nh9XE



Here are the things I have tried in order to fix this:


- Roll windows 10 back to previous version

- Update windows 10 to newer version

- Do a repair upgrade

- Scan system files

- Clean boot windows

- Run chkdsk scan

- Use disk cleanup

- Defragment and optimize drives

- Update all drivers

I may have forgotten some things but I think that's pretty much it


If anyone knows how to fix this I would love any ideas! I'd rather not do a full reset, if possible, but I'd be willing to if it comes to it.

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• What is the
  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

Unable to find Windows 10 November update in Windows Update also Is Cortana available in India?

Windows 10 build 10586.3 is the major update released by Microsoft on November 12. All the users will automatically receive the update. However if you still haven't received the update it might be Windows update issue, I
suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

Method 1: Run Windows Update Troubleshooter

I suggest you to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run Windows Update
troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + W and type
  troubleshooting.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Windows Update troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Method 2

I suggest you to check if the services responsible for Windows update is running. Refer to these steps:

• Press Windows key +R, type “services.msc”
• Locate the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer
  and the Windows Update Services and check if it is running.
• If not, right click on the service and click start to start the service.

WINDOWS 10 NOVEMBER UPDATE GLITCHED STARTUP SPLASH SCREEN

We appreciate your time and effort for getting back to us and I apologize for the delay in responding.

With the installation of the November major update all your drivers also gets updates as a result your display drivers gets updated too. The problem might have occurred if your latest display drivers is not much compatible with your system. However
the latest contains the fixes of all the bugs and issue which many of the customers where facing.

So I suggest you to install the latest November update and check if the issue occurs again. If the issue returns, then you can just install the Display drivers in compatibility mode and check if the issue gets resolved.
