    Missing Codecs


    I went to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-client/shell-experience/media-player-11-not-play-video#resolution, Paul gave me the link but I have lost his reply to my question, who knows where it went, but I digress. The link wasn't any good to me as I don't have the Download codecs automatically check .

    I am at a loss here, can anyone help me get the codecs that I require.

    My OS is Windows 10.

    Missing Codecs for Windows 7

    I'm trying to burn a few CD's from Windows Media Player but then I got this error message saying I'm missing a codec on a few songs. I've solved this problem one time only I can't remember how. Any suggestions?

    I visited the web site you suggested and discovered that Apple no longer supports QuickTime for Windows. Therefore I do not wish to download this software! I am trying to solve my issues with the
    Missing codec error 0xc00d5212 so that I can remove the videos from my iPad but still be able to view them. Thank you for all the suggestions you have provided.
