Windows 10: Fresh install 3rd install offline.. Anyone get strange stuff?

Went to friend PC to make USB and download official drivers for my PC coz strange things are happening.

Had linux for couple days.. Long format of disks, removed battery and power for 30 mins..

Still hidden unknown devices in device manager that are not from my PC after fresh install.

All previous windows installations, everything was recognized and now with H2 it's not...

Didn't go online yet.. Installed suggested nvidia drivers from 2018.. Nvidia control panel says "copyrights 2002-2020" .. Usually that comes from windows updates .. It should be 2018..

Many empty files in c/windows or with only one or two .DLL files

Not many files have valid certificate..

Some files with ".exe.config" example windows/microsoftNET/framework 64/v.4.0.30319 file name: ilasm.exe.config

In programs (x86)/windows power shell modules .. I have pester 3.4.0 .. Don't know it it's normal..

And in file pester.psm1 I can read..

#little sanity check to make sure we don't blow up a system with a type up there (not that I've EVER done that by,...)

I though that I had malware or something from linux.. but could it be that windows copied image of OS without being able to finish.. On other PC same thing happened, then I did clean install online and I was managed by organization with rules set and everything.. Couldn't remove workstation..

Defender doesn't scan from boot..well it scans but no report.

Virus/malware or I have PC problem?? My formatting started when my router was acting strange ... Don't know what to think anymore

kept crashing on the last step when i used the installer from sp1 to sp2, better to start fresh with an iso

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
