Windows 10: camera driver is not detecting.

hi,


after installation of fresh windows in my new SSD, now the camera driver is missing, I tried many ways to get it back. and I tried manual installation also when I tried manual installation device manager is showing an error and the entire os is stuck while restarting, like when I tried to restart it never restarted, and I waited for up to 2 hrs still it not restarted, then I pressed the power button to shut down forcefully, after some time I switch on my laptop it never started, it took up to 1hr and finally asked that reset your pc/some error occurred with OS like your pc needs repair. that's it.....

my device is gone........

now I again reinstalled windows 10 using one key recovery in my new SSD, but the problem is still there, I tried factory data reset also still the problem is there I don't know how to get back my camera back. This problem occurred after cleaning my Fan. And for this, i checked the hardware also but there is no problem with hardware.

We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest checking for driver updates for your camera and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Type Device Manager on Start/Cortana.
• Click on Imaging devices.
• Right click Integrated Camera or the name of your camera.
• Select Update Software or Properties >
  Driver Update Driver.

This issue might have occurred because of outdated/ corrupted drivers after upgrading to Windows 10.

I suggest you to try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to
run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter as it checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on View all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
  
• Click Next to run the troubleshooter.

Step 2: Check for the driver status in Device Manager.

Right click on the Start menu, click on Device Manager, and check if there are any exclamatory mark on any of the drivers. If so, right click on the drive, click on
Properties and let us know the Device status.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
