Windows 10: Bad surround on my 2 PC's Windows 10 before kb4515384, and newest.

Hi, I did 5 formats, but it didn't work. It's a paranoid thing about the lack of audibility of the sound in games at a distance, or a very muffled sound. For example, when I turn my back to someone, I hear his "movements" as if he was far away from me, but in reality he is standing behind my back. This is due to the kb4515384 update, which was released in August 2019. According to Microsoft, the problem was fixed in the September 2k19 update. It did not help me, I am struggling with this problem, even a multiple reinstall of the system or installation on a new disk did not help. I just have no idea what's going on, if anyone knows the solution, write ... Surround Sound on PC

Hmm,

Thats odd. Ok then let's check the Windows updates to a specific one KB4515384 to be precise, this update is known to interfere with with Surround Sound Settings and uninstalling it can resolve the issue to do that Please follow these steps:

- Click On Windows Start,

- Type "View your Update History",

- Click "Uninstall updates",

- Select KB4515384 and click Uninstall,

- Restart PC and check if the settings are now available.
