Windows 10: Second screen resetting

Hi. I have a crappy HDMI to VGA converter. Sometimes, the VGA screen looks desinchronized, and I have to unplug the connector. When I change some configuration in windows like "Extend screen" or "Show screen only in 1" it fixes it too.

How can I make a batch file or powershell that does it with commands, so I can make it easier to reset the screen?

  What exactly you meant by " system seems to do a reset"? Are you referring to System Reset or just the screen refreshes?

I suggest you to do a clean boot and check if any third party apps are causing the issue.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
