Windows 10: I download anything from Microsoft store

Hi, I have been trying to download apps from the Microsoft store but It says I have to update my system to install the product and on the system requirements I am met with this



But if I check system information my computer's architecture is 64bit and I have directx 12 seen in task manager and dxdiag already here are my specs

Intel Celeron n3350

4gb ram

Intel hd 500 graphics

It seems like this does not affect exe or msi installations. tried wsreset 10 times.

I've also found that If I try to check for windows updates i get this: There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070057

I have tried all sorts of fixes and none work, please help

Downloading is Slow from Store.

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
