Windows 10: troubles with mutiple software

Some software, including Office365 including not being able to access online images and cannot install new language pack even the on my laptop is not working properly. Upon installing language pack, I got this message: Error Code> 30183-2016 2147954429.


I also got the message that I do not connect to the internet, but the wifi is on and I have been using the internet without any issue.


I am wondering whether this is a Win10's update issue or the issue from Cisco AnyConnet VPN software from my organization I recently used?


In any case, how can I solve this problem? Thanks!

Please try the below methods and check:

Method 1: Internet Troubleshoot

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter.
  

Method 2: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer
website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.

• 
  Select Network Adapter and expand the driver icon.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
