Windows 10: Refresh

So i tried to watch YouTube to solve my problem and searched online but I didn't find a solution, my desktop keeps refreshing and it's annoying, my files keep refreshing and especially when it's a large file I have to go all the way back down and look for whatever I wanted, I deleted Temps, I dont have icloud, and the services trick didn't work, does anyone know how to fix it???

  In search type Mail app.
  
• 
  In top right corner you will find a refresh button
  
• 
  Click on refresh button and check if it sync with the account

Win10 Email refresh?

Fine about refresh button. But how about auto refresh at regular intervals. You guys are experts in killing your own products. Come with regular product launches without testing them fully and cause forced inconveniences to Users.
