  1. Microsoft is not supported anymore when you shop online and pay with credit card in Sweden

When you shop online in Sweden and pay with Credit Card like Mastercard You now

have to use mobile bank-id in Sweden. Mobile bank-id is only available on Android

and Apple IOS units. If you have bank-id in your windows computer it doesnt work

as a confirmation when paying online anymore. Microsoft users have to get an Android

or Apple unit. Also some Swedish email-companies like Kivra is also not supporting

bank-id in Windows - mobile bankid is needed.

There is also a common payment system in Sweden calles Swish which allows you

to make money transfer with the mobile when i e buying things in boutiques or

from other private persons. Swish only exists in Android and IOS units.

So what is happening, Microsoft is getting excluded from the payment world?

Im an old fashion PC and Windows user i dont like being forced to use the mobile

when im sitting in front of a PC and buying stuff on the net. I want to keep my world

as simple as possible. And then we have elderly people and people with eye-problems

who definitely have problems with all the techniques and maybe dont afford to buy

    both smartphones and computers.

My wish is that there was apps in Windows supporting all new paying methods that

    works on Android and IOS!

    :)

  2. Credit card not recognised to download pay for apps

    Phone is a HTC Trophy

    os version 7.0.7392.0

Every time I try to download a pay for app I get a message that I do not have a credit card linked to the phone. I have added different credit cards to try to overcome this But it does not recognise them. The credit card is listed in Windows when I sign
in. Any ideas what is wrong. HTC have advised me that I need to check with Windows support before they will do anything with the phone settings.

    Hi Melonie,

If you are unable to remove the credit cards you've listed under Payments & Billing, try updating your payment method by following the steps indicated on this

    link
. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.

Let us know how things goes.

    Regards.

  4. Microsoft is not supported anymore when you shop online and pay with credit card in Sweden

    unable to register credit card

I have the same problem in Sweden!!! I strongly suspect the "problem" is caused by the fact that Microsoft is trying "translate" "SWEDEN" to a localized name. And that name is not recognized by the american cerdit card validator.

The programmer of the webpage is NAIVE. Inmature.

It would have been better if I could type the english name of my country, myself.

But the webpage "Add credit card" does not allow that.
