Windows 10: iDrive version does not work

Just got this new laptop running windows 10 in S mode. I use iDrive for all my backup restores across devices. The version in the MS store does not work - "Internal Server Error". Where do I go to get this fixed ? Do I have to drop out of S mode and download the software directly from the vendor ?

E51 and BMW Idrive contact transfer

Has anyone in the world gotten the contacts to transfer into the Idrive contact list from their Nokia E51?? I have an 2008 E90 3series (335) and have tried everything I can possibly find on the internet. Nothing has worked Updated firmware, contact
applications, repairing, nothing..... Anyone out there get it to work???

I'm not seeing anything about this new hardware. Is it not part of the online backup service.... like something completely different?

Also - is iDrive the best online backup choice for a normal every day user? I consider myself a power user on Windows... but I don't do any coding, heavy gaming, or graphics. Will it be enough for my needs?
