Windows 10: All of my Midi Controllers will not show up in Device Manager and have Code 39 Error

So all my midi controllers for music have the yellow triangle with Device status saying: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. Code 39. What can i do to fix this? They are all greyed out in my DAW.

• Do you get same error codes in the Device manager too?
• Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

Code 39 error for Imaging Devices

The Event Logs indicate that there may have been a previous Logitech camera installed.

Did you have a Logitech camera installed and did it too give the "Code 39" ?

Also, for the device presently giving the "Code 39" can you confirm the Class GUID for the device:

In the Device Manager right-click the device giving the "Code 39" > Properties > Details, then choose "Class GUID" from the drop-down menu under "Property".

What is listed under "Value"?
