Windows 10: Stuck in Safe Mode

I entered Safe Mode -minimal- but I am now unable to login to my computer



Details:

I don't have an ethernet cable to connect to the internet for Safe Mode with Networking.

I've looked around into the BIOS menu *by pressing Del during a restart*

Basically nothing in the Startup settings have made any change "Shift + Restart >troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Start up Settings "

I downloaded the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool then selectede the "Use a device" option afterShift + Restart which did nothing, but, I was unable to go into startup settings: was fixed after a restart.


I am unable to use the Command Prompt as I have to Log into my account to do so


Not sure if this is important or not but when I go into advanced options and click on something that required me to log inlike the command prompt, It says I am using a Gmail Account; not an Outlook account.


I feel like I've done everything possible at this point and I'm really at a loss. I was certain changing some things in the BIOS menus would fix it but I didn't seem to get anywhere. After realising it didn't help with anything I reset BIOS settings to default.


I really hope someone can help me with this, I want to sell this computer as a gift to my partners little brother but I just wont be able to if I cant get this fixed.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

 

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10  


I am stuck in Safe Mode in spite of following all the suggested steps to go back to Normal Startup - Like opening file location of msconfig.exe & running as Administrator. The computer I am trying to get out of safe mode has just been updated from Windows 7.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As your computer is stuck in Safe Mode, try these steps.

• Press Win + R key on the keyboard and in the run Window type
  msconfig.
• Click the Boot tab and uncheck Safe boot if it is selected.
