Windows 10: error in the event log only when playing World of Warcraft retail version Event ID 10000...

Good day, Every time I play the retail version of this game my PC freezes then locks up, I have to reboot then get back into the game. I was thinking it was overheating and it is not. RAM may be as well, but I increased that as well as a 2GB video card installed. some of the threads I read denote something in the registry. please advise, thank you.

Same sequence of Event ID: 7031 errors show up in my event log daily.

The following sequence of events shows up in my event log daily, it seems to have no impact on my PC at all, but seeing it constantly has me worried.

The sequence is as follows appearing earliest in the event log to most recent, however all 4 of the events take place at the exact same time:

EVENT ID: 7031

The Sync Host_a146fc9 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

EVENT ID: 7031

The Contact Data_a146fc9 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

EVENT ID: 7031:

The User Data Storage_a146fc9 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

EVENT ID: 7031

The User Data Access_a146fc9 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 10000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Any ideas on what this error is and how to fix it?

Event viewer error with event id 10016

I understand that you are getting an error “DistributedCOM 10016” in the event viewer logs.

• Do you face any issues on the computer?
  
• Have you made any recent changes to the computer?

This problem may occur if either of the following conditions is true:

• A program with the class ID (CLSID) that appears in the message tries to start the COM component by using the DCOM infrastructure. However, the user does not have the required permissions to start the COM component.

• The Network Service account does not have the correct permissions.

Event logs are special files that record significant events on your computer, such as when a user logs on to the computer or when a program encounters an error. Whenever these types of events occur, Windows records the event in
an event log that you can read by using Event Viewer. Advanced users might find the details in event logs helpful when troubleshooting problems with Windows and other programs.

If you do not have any issues with app or any other program I would suggest you to ignore it.

BSOD/System Lock playing World Of Warcraft, error 0x00000124

Good afternoon,

Over the past week, I have encountered a BSOD or Hard Lock approximately 20 minutes after starting to play World of Warcraft. I believe the error code that I am receiving is 0x00000124.

I was looking through the Event Viewer to find out exactly what went wrong, but unfortunately, I am not experienced enough to understand each of the events.

I have uploaded the zip file created from the DM log collector to this thread.

Any help you can provide to give me an idea of what is causing this issue is greatly appreciated.
