  1. overscanning/ bad scaling

So I recently got a new tv to use as my main monitor, I decided to take my old main and use it in portrait mode on the side of the new monitor. now before setting it to portrait, my setting for the screen were perfect, no over scanning , no needing display zoomed in, the text was crisp and clear, but now that its on portrait, I have sever over scanning and the text is no longer crisp. but if i turn off my main display, the now portrait screen returns to it old settings with zero issues. How do i get this to work in portrait? I feel like the setting should be the same, just a 90 degree rotation on the text, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

    :)

  4. overscanning/ bad scaling

Installed crimson to fix overscan, but 1607 removed the scaling

I fixed this problem. Rather than upgrading to windows 1607, I did a clean reinstall. Drivers were reinstalled, and pop; back came the overscan slider.
