Windows 10: Graphics panel crashing

Hey everyone! I was wondering how do I stop Intel UHD Graphics Panel from crashing every time I click on gaming or on power or on options and support.

:)

 

all games crash!

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Intel Graphics Control Panel crashing on Windows 10

I appreciate your efforts in providing all the necessary information. I understand that the Intel (R) Graphics control panel is crashing on your PC.



As per the information shared by you, I suggest you to try uninstalling the Intel Graphics driver completely. Refer the article to

Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel® Display HDMI/Audio Driver.



Once the driver is uninstall completely, download and install the drivers from the

Intel website.



If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to try and open the
Intel Control Panel and take a screenshot, so that we can get clarity on the issue and assist you accordingly. Refer the article

How to include a screenshot in your post.



Note: Please make sure there is no personal information displayed in the screen shot.

Graphics Driver crashes

I would suggest you to check the compatibility of graphics card with windows 10.

As you have mentioned device manager is not able to recognize graphics card so I would suggest you to run hard ware and device troubleshooter and check.



Follow the below steps.

A) Go to the Control Panel then ‘Troubleshooting’ and select ‘troubleshooting’.

b) Click on ‘Hardware and Sound’ and select ‘Hardware and Devices’ and click on next to run the troubleshooter.

If it doesn't work so I would suggest you to Boot in safe mode and try to uninstall graphics drivers. restart the computer. check if you can boot normally.



If yes, Try to install latest Graphics Driver in compatibility mode and check.

Follow the steps.



a. Right click on setup file.

b. Click on Properties.

c. Click on Compatibility tab.

d. Put a check mark on Run this program in compatibility mode for.

e. Select the operating system to which the driver is available.

f. Put a check mark on Run this program as an administrator under Privilege Level.
