Windows 10: Setup ended prematurely because of an error.

Hi, I am trying to install a program on my computer but I constantly get an error saying "setup ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again." I have already tried restarting my computer, I have no pending updates. I also checked my Windows Installer which is running. I also tried using the commands msiexec /unreg, msiexec /regserver and regsvr32 vbscript.dll and restarted my computer again afterwards. I am still getting the same exact error message. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks for your time

• Right-click Command Prompt, select Run as administrator.
• Press Enter. (Note: The next line should have a message saying that the registration was successful.)
  
• Run the installation again.
