    today i could not able to connect my HP wireless printer with my laptop with windows 10 OS. error is "function address 0x00007FFEB0E72F2B caused a protection fault exception code:0x0000005. some or all property pages may not be displayed.

    printer preferences causing protection fault windows 10

    I can't change my printer preferences on my HP Envy 4511 and keep getting an error message that reads Function address 0x8b963fb8 caused a protection fault (exception code 0xe06d7363) The application properties page may not function properly. My printer
    is stuck on monochrome and I'm unable to change to color. This isn't a printer problem because I printed the document from my phone to my printer and it came out full color with no issues. Please any suggestions as to how to fix this.
