Windows 10: Crash when loading multiple browsers

Not sure if this is the place for this I don't really understand redit categorization.

So here is the issue, I built a PC about six months ago and everything was fine with it fast forward couple months and I built another PC for my GF with identical specs with the difference of Primary M.2 being 500gb and PCU being slightly larger. Besides these two things nothing hardware wise is different yet I've run into a very specific issue with crashing. She plays Sims4, Scrap Mechanic, 7DTD, GTAV, and a few other odd ball games and on the gaming side there is absolutely no issue.

The problem is when using a few browsers for school work at a time and searching different things (within chrome) she keeps experiencing random BSOD with the latest error being "Kerbal auto Boost lock with acquisition with raised IRQL" which when I looked up this code the results said it was related to bluetooth/wireless connection which this computer runs only on a LAN cable so this error makes absolutely no sense to me. I have the latest version of windows installed and have the latest driver for GPU as well (both are running at the same version as the unproblematic PC) Any advice is appreciated as this whole self IT thing is new to me.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Attached are the results from the CMD log. The two scannow's created logs that I can upload if necessary.

There are also attached results of the tests. Seagate which passed. HP's passed ok, however HDTune seems to have a whole load of errors however the error scan completed very quickly. Health in HDTune did not show anything. Thanks in advance.
