Windows 10: Alcatel Plus 10 WiFi LTE Tablet Stuck on Recovery Page Press Windows Button to go into UEFI

Hi guys my Alcatel Plus 10 Wifi/LTE Tablet is having the following issues.

It asked me to update, which ive done but ,during the update i removed my external harddrive because I wanted to add external keyboard due to Tablet having only one USB port. Immediately removing external harddrive the pc pop-up a blue screen saying PC ran into troubles and must reboot.

It rebooted and now its stuck on the following screen, Recovery you will need a recovery disc to fix your PC press the Windows key to boot into UEFI. I press Windows Key then it ask me a password which i have no clue about. I went through the Manual but, theres no UEFI password provided.


I then press Control ,Alt, Delete to reboot.

Then I press F8 to try to go into Safe Mode, theres about 9 options which three of it is to boot into safe mode. I press boot into safe mode but, pc just reboot back into the blue screen .


I then try F10 then it gives me a Boot Edit CMD Screen, but just says something about VGA Error not allowing me to do anything.


Guys its running Windows 10 Home.

Please Help.

Nope, didn't work... :S

damned thing restarted, then asked to add wifi screen unresponsive

tried to go on recovery again, screen unresponsive once I hit the recovery screen....

IDK whatelse I can do.

Now it won't even go on recovery since the screen is unresponsive as soon as it hits the windows software or whatever. I mean I press F9 and when I try to go on "advanced options" or "restart pc" it wont let me select it. I have this hub, but seems like it doesn't have enough mmm enough energy to pull all that through! I installed it through command prompt, as I told you. The installation wet fully through, then it said "the computer will restart now for some final changes or whatevere" and it restarted, now it's stuck on select a wifi network, I tried connecting my mouse or my keyboard and it doesn't seem to read them, only when I'm on UEFI, once it hits something related to windows, dead.
