Windows 10: How do I turn on small taskbar buttons mode AND have the timer on the bottom left corner...

I know it’s certainly possible. Today I just bought a new laptop with a 16:9 display. When I turn on small taskbar buttons mode, the date disappears. However in my old laptop, which has a 16:9 display, the date could display just fine. I didn’t copy the settings (because I have no idea how to) from my old laptop so I compared the toolbar settings, but I couldn’t find anything.

turn off timer on simple solitaire

I will certainly help you with the Solitaire timer.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to turn off the timer:

• Run the game, and go to the top left corner, and click on the
  game option/symbol […].
• Click on the settings, and search for the timer option.
• Select the timer option from on to
  off.

Secondary taskbar buttons are small

To fix, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on the second taskbar and click on properties.

2. On the taskbar tab, uncheck the box Use small taskbar button and click on Apply.
