  1. [TECH ISSUE] PC won’t connect to my home internet

My Lenovo Ideapad S340 has been having this problem where it can detect my house’s Spectrum WiFi but can’t actually connect. Originally this happened about once a week and resetting the router was a temporary fix, but it always came back several days later. Now it won’t connect no matter what we do, and despite this every other device in my family’s house connects just fine and it only seems to be a problem with our own WiFi. Sometimes it connects after I reboot the laptop but as soon as I open Chrome, Slack, etc it loses connection. Best Buy told me it could be a router issue but we have the latest one, and my drivers all seem to be up to date. I’ve tried every tip, read every guide and I’m the verge of wiping the PC’s memory and starting over, but I’m still doubtful this would do the trick. Is this a hardware issue or do I have some kind of malware? Please help me. Thank you

  2. pc won`t update

I`ve been trying to solve this problem for 3 months to no avail.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

EVERY time the computer check new updates, the following message appears:

We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet.

My PC is connected to the internet, so this could not be the problem.

you`ve only directed me to a window link, which I don`T really understand.

Could ANYONE PLEASE send me a simple answer how I can solve this problem step by step???????

    Thanks.
