Windows 10: Dungeon Hunter 5 / 0x803F8001 / not signed in

Hi


i suddenly cannot play DH5 annymore. I did not change system settings. gives me that error 0x803F8001 saying im not signed in in microsoft.

Wich is BS, i am logged in, other games are working, even other games from gameloft just saying

Corrupt game files? these wont give me that error?

I went to settings > all apps> DH5> advanced app settings> and reset the app. Updated and again after starting up i get that stupid error 0x803F8001.


WHY?


btw before the game crashes alot starting upcorrupt game files?.

After a month i think i figured out what is causing the startup and random crashes. One can view ads for diamonds. As long as there are ads the game will crash randomly at startup and will crash randomly ingame. HDD is also making alof of spinning noise. ALL when there are ads.

So when i view all ads possible with alot of inbetween crashes...takes me 1h to try and view 5 ads. After that hour i could play normally as long as i wanted till the next day. again those ads i need to get true. yes its wierd, but its that.


I just want an answer why i get that 0x803F8001 error. the rest i said is just a bug from the game itself and i need to talk to gameloft about that issue.

Where's Dungeon Hunter 5?

Hi I am playing Dungeon Hunter 5 on my Lumia 640 and it recently updated (Feb. 12 2016) and completely disappeared I have been playing it for some time and I had problems before but it wasn't lil this and I am wondering if I'm the only one experiencing these
problems

The game is installed but when I tap view from windows store it doesn't show the app in the app list at all and the pictures of the game does not show up in the Windows store on my phone and I am wondering if there is a solution to this problem

 

I tried to install Dungeon hunter 5

I tied to install dungeon hunter 5 on my phone, but I didn't have enough space, so I then tried to uninstall it. My only problem was that the files had installed to "pending updates" and my phone wouldn't let me uninstall. So now I have 929 mb of pending
updates and space is scarce on my phone. Any suggestions?
