Windows 10: Having OneNote only on secondary screen's taskbar

I'm using DisplayFusion 9.7 and if I move normal apps to the second screen then their respective button disappears from the primary taskbar. However it is not the case with the OneNote app: it shows up on both primary and secondary taskbars when I moved it to the secondary screen.
Is there any way to hide its button from the main desktop?

Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

Is this specific to OneNote or the same persists with word?

I suggest you to try performing Windows app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.

To view clock on the secondary screen, follow these steps:

• Right-click the taskbar and uncheck Lock all taskbars.
• Switch the taskbars by dragging the primary taskbar to the secondary taskbar.
  
• Right-click the taskbar again and check Lock all
  taskbars.

You can still access Cortana by clicking the Cortana icon or Start.

Secondary taskbar buttons are small

To fix, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on the second taskbar and click on properties.

2. On the taskbar tab, uncheck the box Use small taskbar button and click on Apply.
