    Pending Order Lightroom Monthly Subscription on Microsoft Store


    Hi, maybe there are experienced like this here. I beg your help, this is my first experience subscribing to an app in the app store on Windows 10. I'm having problems, after I subscribed to the Lightroom application in the Windows Store and I passed the trial period, I haven't gotten the subscription benefits that I bought. In the order details it says "Pending", even though the fee has been claimed to my card. I have been trying to find a solution, however, Microsoft Support only directs me to links and machine chat that have not found a solution. I tried calling Customer Support, but it was never connected. I have never had such a difficult experience in other app stores, for example the App Store and Play Store. Maybe Microsoft or others can share a solution. thanks.

    Since you ordered from Microsoft Store, you can track the progress of your order online by following the steps below:

    1. Sign in to your Order history, with your Microsoft account.
    2. Locate the order you want to track.he shipping status should be on the same line.
    3. If it's not there and the purchase is recent, wait a bit and try again.
