Windows 10: User account experience random freezes in several computer

Hi! I've have an specific Windows 10 Microsoft User Account that experience random freezes in no matter which computer is using.

The freeze:

- Happens in Games, Websites, writing an email, scrolling down, trying to rename a file in Windows Explorer. Like 3 seconds the computer going DED, then suddenly recovering.

- Happened in 4 different high end computers, as long as the same Microsoft account is logged in. When it's me with my account doesn't happen. When the user goes into my computer, my computer have those brain-dead situations. Create a new user in the main computer where we started seeing the issue and didn't happened once in a whole week.

No weird software, no virus, no nothing.

Just start using a freshly installed computer and starts happening.

What can be in the microsoft user config that's stored in the cloud and affects the computer in this way?

Been fighting with this issue for a year until last week found out about it happening in different PCs and solved by creating a new account.

Windows 10 (Pro 64bit) randomly freezes

Random Crash/Freeze on Build 10130


Hello everyone.

I have been running the Windows 10 preview for the last few months and other than a driver issue here or there, did not experience any real problems. However, with the last update to build 10130, I have been experiencing a random crash/freeze that manifests itself in one of two ways:

1. If I step away from the computer and come back before the monitor is set to go to sleep, I will come back to a frozen cursor, unable to do anything.
2. If I step away from the computer and come back after the monitor has gone to sleep, I will come back to a black screen, unable to do anything.

In both cases, I have to hold the power button in to shut down the computer for a restart.

Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
