Windows 10: ''KB4586853'' is installed but i'm still on version ''.572''

i still don't know why i face this problem after few months '' 3 months or so " everytime i should clean install to get past the update that causing this issue '' error 800f081f ''.


i did everything on the internet Dism , installing the .cab file,Mounting the ISo,scannow,restorehealth ..etc nothig works except a fresh latest iso and a fresh install.

i removed the update ''KB4586853'' using ''wushowhide.diag.cab'' now i got the newer update KB4586853 and it's given me the same problem'' error 800f081f ''.

''KB4586853'' is installed 'and not installed at the same time i should get version .630 installed not .572..

But going to the update history i get this

https://imgur.com/Jz8PeQAi had this problem before and the only way to fix it is to fresh install a new version from a newer iso and update everything before installing any software like antivirus or PS or anything , i've been facing this problem of getting '' error 800f081f '' for a year or so and i reformated my laptop 4 or 5 times , my desktop pc is facing the same problem but i don't care i just wanted to fix it on my laptop...

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.
