    Bluetooth headphones hands free driver doesnt work well with my PH802 Philips bluetooth headset


    I have a problem connecting my bluetooth headset as a handsfree headsets .

    I own a Lenovo T450 laptop and Windows 10 .


    Edition Windows 10 Pro

    Version 20H2

    Installed on ‎11/‎30/‎2020

    OS build 19042.630

    Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0




    Headsets work fine with my mobile andorid phone and they also work fine on Windows in Stereo mode.

    However, when i switch to Hands Free mode i get awfull distorted robotic sound from them.


    Driver version of Hands free AG audio 10.019041.1 from 12/6/2019.


    I also tried these headsets on another T450 / Windows 10 laptop and they work in hands free mode!!


    The driver version on that laptop is 10.0.18362.1 from 3/18/2019.


    Is there a way i could install this older driver or do something else?

    setting up win10 Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headphones work fine ,but every time I reconnect the headphones I have to delete them from Bluetooth settings and let win10 pickup the headphones again ,before they will pair ,then win10 want to reboot to add the headphones ,I reboot and they work fine ,but next time I plug the headphone in again they will not pair ,don't even get an option to pair till I delete the head phones from the list ,, any suggestions ,, thank

    I have tried to manually add a driver through windows driver update (you can choose a driver device from the list)
    but i'm not sure which one is compatible and had no luck getting the headset portion to work... *Sad

    I am currently in the market for a set a bluetooth headset. I noticed this and was rather interested, I love the design, and I love the price, is their anyone out there, who can provide info on these or another set of headphones, or bluetooth headsets in general. Thanks in advance.
