Windows 10: i want enable fuction Windows Hello Face sign-in on server 2019 for client

hi

i want enable function Windows Hello Face sign-in

because the Laptop before Join Domain can logon laptop with Face sign-in ok ,but after join Domain that i Can't logon laptop with Face sign-in
: Error some of these setting are hidden or managed by your organization.

Face sign in is missing in windows hello

As per your query, I suggest you to change the Sign In option and check if it helps.

To change Sign In option, follow the below steps.

• 
  Type Setting in the search area on the taskbar and select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Sign In option on the left panel.
