    Window 10 constantly not responding / freezing


    When I open word or ppt on the desktop, everything will not respond and freeze. After about 10 seconds, the words and ppt can be run.
    Also, this happens when I visit the website.

    Windows 10 Constantly Freezes

    Windows 10 on PC constantly freezes. I called support with no help. It freezes every 2-3 minutes. This is unacceptable and I don't know what to do. The Windows rep suggest that I could go back to Windows 8. I've had 10 for almost two months and I would
    like to keep it; I just want it to stop freezing my PC. I have tried the various suggestions given to no avail, this is a Windows 10 problem. PLEASE HELP

    Windows 10 constantly not responding / freezing

    I have a new laptop and Windows constantly freezes or stops responding even on the simplest tasks like opening desktop or attaching images to a email or creating a new folder.

    These tasks can take up to 10mins unless I quit them and restart my computer to try again.

    I have Norton installed and there is no evidence of a virus.

    Need help please!
