Windows 10: Games Crashing

MSI B450 Pro VDH v2
1x Corsair 16GB 3200Mhz
GTX 1660 Zotac
PSU 550w
I have been experiencing game crashes in certain games only. I play alot of games but it is only happening in a few games such as Yakuza 0 and Red Dead Redemption 2, ect. My specs can run these games with ease but for some reason they crash without saying anything or stop responding. My pc is up to date. My Bios is updated my windows is up to date and so is my gpu. i can run heavy games like COD MW and GTA 5 without any problems but it happens with these games. I have tried running them with my antivirus disabled but it still takes place. i have even tried running them on admin privilege it still crashes. i even verified the game files but that doesnt work as well.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
