I'm trying to play Dragon Quest 11, however I get this message when I try to launch the game.
Specifically I'm trying to play the game from the Japan store as I would like to play the game with Japanese UI/subtitles and I have already played through the trail version of the game from the Japan so my save data should also carry over.
The release date was stated to be at 1am 4th December I'm guessing this is relevant to the store so JST. It is now 2:30am JST and when I try to launch the game I still get the 'We know you really want to get started, but you’ll have to wait a bit longer. Check the store for the launch date.' Message.
I have the Ultimate Game Pass and can download and launch other games from the Japan store that are part of the game pass.

if it was me id wait a little longer. New boards, more mature boards, new CPU steppings and god knows what else intel has in store, all of that will make me wait. May be prices will drop a bit also. Since you have a pretty nice system right now you can afford to wait.

 

Color bit depth is at 6-bit on Display properties of Windows 10 pro

Try the below suggested steps and check if the suggested options are available to change the Color bit Depth value

1. Right click on the desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Expand the Display, and then highlight the Change resolution.
3. On the right side, check if there is 8 bpc listed under
   Output color depth.
4. You may select 8 bpc and restart the device to witness the changes.
