Windows 10: MicrosoftID

Someone purchases apps and games under my ID from Microsoft Store. In my Library, I see whole bunch of apps I have never purchased. From time to time my password does not work and PowerShell, PowerShell SE and PowerShell x86 have been overwritten.

Windows Phone 8.1 - Unable to install any apps as a child

Hi there- I just bought a Lumia 635 Windows Phone with 8.1 Update 2 for my young son who is part of our family account. He is unable to install any apps (free or paid). When he tries, he gets the following error message: "We can't complete this request
due to your account's My Family settings. To change these settings, go to windowsphone.com/family on your computer and sign in with your Microsoft account." I tried -unsuccessfully- adjusting his settings at account.microsoft.com/family under 'apps, games
& media' as well as at account.xbox.com under 'privacy & online safety'. Resetting the phone and re-activating it with an adult MicrosoftID works, but I really want my son to use his own account to take advantage of the OneDrive's nice photo-sync feature.
I would appreciate pointers to additional options. Thanks!

To properly analyze, diagnose and solve problems with Windows Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop -

Once downloaded, run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, after a short time, the Continue button will change to a Copy button.

Click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either Right-click or Paste, or CTRL+V) into your post.
