Windows 10: I want to fully trash all user material on this notebook, and set it back to the original...

This is a total cleanout before sending for replacement evaluation. I want no one-drive access possible., no user accounts, etc.

I have already removed most user data and done a free space wipe.

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

Issues with missing options and features of Cortana are usually occurring due to damaged system files. For us to provide an effective resolution, we would need you to answer the following questions:

• What changes have you made to your computer before this issue occurred?

For further troubleshooting, we suggest that you create a test user profile. This is for us to verify if the issue is isolated with one user profile or with multiple accounts.

To create a test user profile, follow these steps:

• Using Cortana search, type Settings and then hit the Enter key.
• In the Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Choose Add someone else to this PC.
• Click I don't have this person's sign-in information.
• Click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
• Name the user as TEST and then provide a password.
