Windows 10: Mouseover Text Doesn't Disappear

Discus and support Mouseover Text Doesn't Disappear in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; On my display and every tab, this is constantly there pictured below.     Mouseover Text Doesn't Disappear


    On my display and every tab, this is constantly there pictured below. It happens occasionally, after I mouse over something. I'm not sure other than that what causes it. Usually when my computer restarts, however I don't really have the time for that. Is there anyone who has an idea on how to fix this? Thanks!! Also sorry if I listed this under the wrong category, I wasn't sure what else it'd fit in

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Mouseover/Icon text is suddenly huge!


    Hi...

    I noticed recently that text size of the mouseovers on my system changed to a very large size. I'm not sure if I inadvertently hit a shortcut key or something that did this or not, but I can't seem to find where to adjust this text size.

    I also noticed that this large size also seems to affect a few applications (like PowerPoint, Adobe PDF Viewer, etc.) but not others (like Word, Excel).

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
