    Can't login using wifi


    I have a wifi printer. the third attempt. For some reason, I cannot print because the computer says I am offline.


    All checks state my printer is fine. I have virgin broadband with what should be considered a great connection yet I cannot get my canon printer to print. I couldn't get my Epson printers to print either.


    I have recently clicked on Manage notifications - Network - clicked on wifi icon and get message 'Secure' can't connect to this network. Is this a joke? I have spent hours searching for a way around this. Virgin insists it's a windows 10 issue. I have to agree. I have searched the internet and it's full of people complaining about this issue but no reslolve.


    What is going on. Please advise.


    I am working from home. I need to print documents. I need windows 10 to be the cracking saviour of the world that it claims to be.


    Please respond ASAP.

    • Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

    • Have you installed any language pack?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

    Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
