  1. Accidentally removed C:\Users\eurekazheng\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps

During moving AppData to another drive and create a symlink logged in as Administrator, I cannot move the "C:\Users\eurekazheng\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps" folder filled with 0KB folders and files with the error 0x80070780, even if I changed the ownership to Everyone recursively for subfolders and files. However, for some reason, I am able to delete the WindowsApps folder as a whole.

I thought that would be ok since I configured to store Windows apps on D drive I have a D:\WindowsApps, whose ownership I have changed to eurekazheng my user account recursively with a registry script in order to view its content.

Right now the taskbar search, file explorer search bar, and Cortana are useless no reaction when clicked. All UWP system apps such as Mail crash. Start menu works but takes a slightly longer time to launch than usual.

Everything works perfectly when I log in as Administrator its WindowsApps folder is correct, but not copiable either with error 0x80070780.

    Any help is appreciated!

    :)

  4. Accidentally removed C:\Users\eurekazheng\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps

Using robocopy to copy my C:\Users folder results in error ERROR 1920 (0x00000780) The file cannot be accessed by the system.

    Code:
    C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps>attrib GameBarElevatedFT_Alias.exe

The target of the symbolic link C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\GameBarElevatedFT_Alias.exe does not exist

    C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps>
Is that saying GameBarElevatedFT_Alias.exe is a symbolic link?
