Windows 10: Cab a Mac instalation be the cause of my PC crash?

So, today was the last day to buy some cheap plug-in at PluginBoutique and Wave. At PluginBoutique, I got Vacuum Pro by AIR Music Technology and the Voltage Modular Nucleus 2 from Cherry Audio. I think I accidentally downloaded both in Mac format and installed the Voltage on under as Mac. Keep in mind: i have a windows 10 PC. The Vacuum Pro gave me an error twice because I didn't understood i needed to install their verification engine. I ended up installing it but the computer needed a reboot. I also accidentally downloaded 3 free plug-in from PluginBoutique in their Mac versions, but didn't installed them. I had to reinstall the Wave installer so the CLA Epic plug-in could work. Seem like it worked properly, but it too needed the computer to reboot.

So I reboot the computer, it opens back up on a blue screen with the error message "System Thread Exception Not Handle". I tried restarting it in Safe Mode. It just gave the same result. I then tired debug mode and it froze the computer until I manually restart it again. I tried to do a program reboot without deleting my files, cause, although most of my music is mainly just demos and stuff, I'm worried I would need to renew my license for stuff like Ableton 10 and some of my plug-ins and I don't got that kind of money. Anyway, this didn't work either and I'm starting to worry that my only possibility is to actually delete all my file, reboot everything and hope for the best when it comes to my software licenses.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

so basically the instructions on this page is erroneous or outdated

How to Install cumulative updates CAB/.msu Files on Windows 10

• Download the CAB Files x86 / X64 depending upon the OS architecture
• Rename file to KBnumber.сab (for example KB3176931.Cab)
• Copy to folder C:\
• Run command-prompt as admin (Right click on Windows icon and choose option). Check the image above.
• Enter the command “DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:c:\KBnumber.cab“
• This installs the CU CAB File. Check the screenshots below for example.
• Your devices will restart once the installation is over. Else you may need to restart your PC

I already tried NOT naming the file. I used the original name. still not found

 

CAB FILE installation after hard-reset

Hi, my question is How can I configure the autorun mechanics to have the following behaviour, with CAB files:

• 
  After Hard Reset, CAB files must be installed
  
• 
  After Soft Reset, CAB files must NOT be re-installed
  

I believe this is pretty simple, but I am having trouble with that.

Gta 4 crashing constantly

Sup everyone, i seem to be having a very annoying problem. I purchased gta 4 recently and i installed it and it runs quite well, my system is listed in my specs. The problem with the game, is that about +/- 5 minutes of playing, the screen gets funny coloured squares and my whole pc crashes. I have xp sp3 installed. I have tried numerous things like clocking my cpu back to stock but to no avail. My pc is not overheating, thats for sure, i dunno. My mate just told me that it might just be a bug, but it seems strange that i bug in the game would cause my whole pc to crash. Any suggestions?
