    Hi,


    I'm working at the IT department of my company and we're having more and more BSOD on this model : DELL Latitude 5410 about 10 laptops affected now and we started using this model a few weeks ago.


    I tried analyzing minidump files two of them with Winbdg but i can't really determine what is causing the issue.


    If anyone has any idea, i would appreciate it because it's now a big issue for users. Thank you.


    All the laptops are freshly imaged and not all of them make BSOD

    I need help with a BSOD case on two Dell Latitude 3540 notebooks: First, these notebooks showed the blue screen with the message

    so in research I found that the error can be caused by Fast Boot in Windows 10, I deactivated the Fast Boot feature and the machines worked without error for a few days.

    Recently, the machines returned the BSOD error, but the message was changed to

    After this last error, I ran some tests, such as sfc, chkdisk, hardware test using Dell software and no error was detected.

    So can you help me how I solve this problem?
