Windows 10: Dell AIO 946 Inkjet printer, using the latest compatible driver there is, won't print after...

My laptop has updated to Windows 10 Home 20H2. The printer Dell AIO 946 inkjet printer using the R145441 driver the latest compatible driver there is, dated 2006 no longer prints. I have uninstalled the printer and downloaded this driver again. But still no luck. In order to be able to print , I have to go back to the earlier build , Windows 10 Home, again and then I can print. But the laptop keeps updating - and so I am going forward and backwards all the time. Is there a solution to this so that I can at least be able to print from my printer after it has updated to latest Windows 10 version again - without going back to the earlier build every time. I installed Windows 10 yesterday and it took 3 hours to get the computer to recognize my Dell 946 all in one printer. It now recognizes it but says there is no communication between my laptop and the printer. I have tried all of the recommended steps (disconnecting
and reconnecting everything, turning off and restarting both printer and laptop) and the same message comes up. Any suggestions? Thanks

Compatibility of Dell 725 Inkjet Printer with Windows 10

My inkjet printer DELL 725 will not work with my DELL laptop, inspiron 14. I followed the steps from the website, but it still will not work. My computer is now out of warranty since March, so the tech service wants to charge me, which I will not agree
to since I just paid for a new ink. Does anyone else have any suggestions to help me with this?
