Windows 10: How to delete file/shortcut that can not be found?

Hello I'm in some slight need of help. Recently purchased a new Logitech mouse and I had to download G HUB to be able to fine tune it. I seem to be having a brain malfunction because i pinned the Logitech G HUB shortcut to the taskbar on the bottom of my screen with all of my other preferred applications and I assumed it would just move it from the desktop to there but it was still on my desktop. So I tried moving the shortcut to the recycle bin and the shortcut did move there but it also left a blank white version of the shortcut right where it was before. Now when i try to move that to the trash bin or just try to delete it, the PC says "Item not found"I attached a picture of the error for reference. So now I'm not entirely sure how to get the shortcut off my desktop. Any help is much appreciated, Thank you in advance!!!

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
