Windows 10: Cant hit install in MS Store. Mouse converts into stop symbol while hovering over the...

in ms store: when I hover with the mouse over the install button a stop symbol appears and I cant install. When I click on the the three dots and select my computer where I want to install the application my computer appears in the list. I also am able to hit install in that menu. A window appears with the message that the application wil be installed on the selsected device. And literally nothing is happening.

I tried to reset ms store via wsreset.exe. I made sure the application is available for my platform. I tried to reset ms store over win power shell. I tried to buy the application twice over abo and without abo.
The application is not avaiable in the list of "ready to install" products, at ms store. in the list of "purchased" it is listed but instead of an installation button there is an "i" and unfortunately no further context information.

1. Click on Windows key +
   R button and type Control panel
   
2. Click on Ease of Access
   
3. Then click on Activate Windows by hovering over it with the mouse
   
4. Then click Apply and
   OK.

I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

• Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select or click Ease of Access.
• Click or tap on Ease of Access Centre.
• Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck
  Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
• Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.

In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.

Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".

In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.

In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
