Windows 10: All my graphic cards are not detected by device manager

I have two graphics cards, intel and amd being the renderer. After downgrading from 20H1 to 1909 all my graphics cards disappeared showing only microsoft basic display, i tried reinstalling the amd driver but the laptop freezes afterwards, went into safe mode to found out the both the intel and amd were not detected by the laptop only microsoft basic display.

I suggest you to unhide the hidden drivers in Device Manager by following the steps provided below and check if the Graphic card driver is visible:

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Click on View and click on Show Hidden Devices.

graphics card problems

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

Graphics card does not get detected: EVGA GTX960

To assist you better, I would like to know whether the graphics card gets detected on the Device Manager.

To check whether the Graphics card gets detected on Device Manager, please follow the below steps:

1. Press Windows Key + R Key.

2. Then type “devmgmt.msc” without the quotes and hit on
Enter Key.

Check if the Graphics card gets detected or you see a yellow triangle near to the driver.

This issue may arise due to the driver conflicts or due to the outdated driver and as an initial troubleshooting step,
I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click on Hardware
