    Problems with my pc not shutting down fully


    So after the latest windows update my PC has been having a problem. What happens is my pc will say its shutting down but the lights will stay on and my fans keep running but I cant gain back access to it unless I hold the power button down and turn it back on. So it ends up in like a limbo state where I cant use it but everything seems like its still running. The response I've been given from most is that I'm being impatient and it takes a bit to shut off but last night I left it for 15 hours and it was still on please help any input would be greatly appreciated
