Windows 10: problem registering dlls

i replaced my original unarc/isdone.dlls without re-registering them . each time i try to register them i get this error. make sure unarc is a vaild dll or ocx file.is there any fix please?command prompt running on admin

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

Hii im am having a problem in registering a dll file as im trying to register isdone.dll using cmd but its showing that "the module was loaded but the entry level dll registr server was not found make sure that the isdone.dll is a valid dll or ocx file and
try again" so plzz help how to register my dll file.
