Windows 10: Mapped drive randomly disconnects from just one computer

I've tried searching and see many people have this problem, but the solutions don't make any sense, most of them are about a group policy which I have no idea about, and the instructions for that make even less sense. I have a hard drive connected to my router. I map it to a drive letter using \\tplinkwifi.net (instructions with the router), then browse and select it and it's working fine. Later on ( a few days) you go to click on the drive and it's no longer connected. I only have this issue on ONE computer (with Windows 10) The other Windows 10 computer is fine. I even have an old Windows XP machine that never loses the connection to the drive. What do I need to do so that this one machine doesn't lose the connection, it's very annoying? The version is Windows 10 Pro, Version 2004 OS Build 19041.746. Thank you for any help you can offer, it's driving us nuts.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps on how to disconnect a Mapped drive below:

• Right click on Start button > select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type " mountvol /r "
• Reboot your computer.

No, it's saying that on this computer you already have a drive letter mapped to the other computer's D: drive. By default a mapping you made previously is reconnected after rebooting. Type net use to see a list of exiting mappings. Type net use x: /delete to disconnect the existing mapping (change 'x:' to the letter you actually have mapped).

Mapped Drives Issues

To clarify .... the issue is the Windows 10 OS. It is with Windows File Explorer. The Mapped drives used to appear in File Explorer's left panel list of drives and folders. Two days ago File explorer stopped show the mapped drives. so not they don;t appear in the list of Drives and folders.

I did, it has no effect. I also check the NAS devices they support SMB 2.0. Also I have several other computers on my home network they work fine with the mapped drives and They do not have SMB 1 turned on. So it is something that happened to the computer in question.
