Windows 10: "The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted"

I reset my computer bc I wanted the space to play that stupid anime game. And I ruined my computer. It doesn't give an option to input a username/password. It doesn't let me connect to the internet. And the thing where you press down shift doesn't work either. I got this computer for free from my school. But I dropped out. so I don't think there's a chance to remove my laptop from their domain or whatever you call it. I have absolutely NO money to buy windows 10 let alone a new laptop. If there's any hope at all. Lmk. I'm also very slow when learning without images so-

Hey William, thanks for the quick reply.

Can you specify what you mean by, "In either case, in order to logon as the local administrator when the computer is a member of a domain, you need to enter it in the format of .\administrator.

The .\ informs the computer to use a local account." ?

I apologize again for my technical vocabulary.

*p.s. if you intended for me to enter .\administrator into the username and password blanks, I did that and the same message came up, "The specified domain either does not exist or could not
be contacted."

i restored windows 10 to factory settings. when my laptop restarted there appeared winlogon.exe error. application was terminated and proceeded to administrator log in. However, I cannot log in with the message "the specified domain either does not exist
or cannot be contacted" what shall I do? please help

I reset my pc and kept files. It suddenly started to undo changes. So I reset it again, and it couldn't boot anymore. I reset it 3 more times and now I can't login. It just says "The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted" I tried
to reset it again but now there is no option to, I can't even login into safe mode, it gives the same message.
