    Photos app says letting your ink dry when trying to save drawing/sketch on a video


    I just received a Lenovo 7i 15".Whenever I try to use the photos app to sketch on a video and then try to save the video, the screen says "Letting your ink dry for an uncertainly long amount of time. The screen never finishes saying "Letting your ink dry", so I just give up on editing the video. Sometimes the photos app crashes as a result of this. What is going on? I've tried updating the app and my computer specs are:

    11th gen IntelR CoreTM i5-1135G7@ 2.40GHz

    8.00 GB of RAM

    Photos app does not save file after drawing/editing instead it just says "Letting your ink dry..."

    Windows Ink Screen Sketch--saving the sketch

    Using Screen Sketch over a photo in Windows Ink. Is it possible to save just the sketch and not the photo beneath it? I'd like to save the outline I draw but not the photo that was the base for the outline. Any ideas?

    Sketch with Windows Ink on photos is not saving

    In my case, I drew an arrow on a photo and saved it.

    For further information, the file is saved as a .jpg by Windows Ink. However, the file size is "0" and shows as black when I try to open it with Windows photos. I used Paint as you suggested and there's nothing there, of course.

    I had to resort to the "old-fashioned" method and used Paint to draw on the photo.
